For this reason, we have implemented special measures for the protection of minors and child safety on our online services and continue to improve these measures on an ongoing basis.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children

GAYamo.re and entire media maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and the sexual exploitation of children and minors. Any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited on our platform.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

• the creation, distribution, storage, request, or provision of content that depicts, promotes, or supports the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children or minors,
• any form of grooming, meaning the deliberate initiation of sexual contact with minors,
• the sexual harassment, exploitation, intimidation, or manipulation of children or minors,
• any other use of our platform that endangers or harms children or minors.

If we become aware of such content, conduct, or user accounts, we will review them without delay and take appropriate action. This includes, in particular, the removal of content, the suspension or permanent termination of user accounts, and — where necessary or legally required — reporting the matter to the competent law enforcement authorities or other relevant bodies.

Moderation

We moderate content submitted by users in accordance with the requirements of youth protection and child safety. Content — especially texts, images, and other representations — that violates legal requirements, our terms of use, or our protection standards will be reviewed by us and may be proactively hidden, restricted, or removed.

Reporting and Complaints

We take the protection of minors and child safety on the internet very seriously and continuously work to improve our protective measures. If you notice any content, profiles, or messages on our website or in our app that violate youth protection rules, endanger children or minors, or otherwise appear suspicious, we ask you to report them to us with a link, user details, or a short description.

We will review such reports without delay and, where appropriate, ensure that content is modified or removed and that user accounts are restricted or suspended.
